About the Program

The Career Pipelines Program connects students with clear pathways to high-demand careers through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. Beginning in 3rd grade and continuing through high school, students are introduced to careers early and gradually build knowledge and skills over time. Partnering with local businesses and educational institutions, the program offers workshops, field trips, and certifications to help students explore careers, gain practical skills, and earn credentials that boost employability. By bridging education and industry, the program prepares students for successful, rewarding careers and a confident transition into the workforce.

Testimonials

“I have been living in Osceola County for over 25 years, with both my children attending Osceola County Schools. I’ve volunteered with the school events and supported them as a parent. When the opportunity came to be a part of this Foundation’s board, I was 100% committed. I’m excited to support the Career Pipelines where I get to share the world of construction with the students interested in this field. Aside from the pipeline program, supporting the Foundation in all their events and working on improving programs brings a great sense of joy in supporting the community. Grateful t be a part of such a wonderful organization.”
