Sheila Rankin currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at AdventHealth Kissimmee. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic operation and the implementation of AdventHealth’s vision and mission, at the Kissimmee hospital and Partin Settlement ER. Sheila’s career at AdventHealth started in 2006 and through the years has served in different leadership roles within the organization. Her strategic and operational finance knowledge, her ability to build teams, and her passion for excellence, have been great assets in her career at AdventHealth.
Sheila holds a Master of Business Administration from Andrews University and is an alumna of the first cohort of the AdventHealth Executive Leadership Program. She has previously served on the Boards of the Osceola Council on Aging as well as Park Place Behavioral Health Care. She is currently a Trustee of the Osceola County Chamber of Commerce and a Board Member of The Education Foundation Osceola County
In her leisure time, Sheila loves to travel the world with her husband, Elario, and takes every opportunity to visit a different country.
