Jamie Roberson is currently the Deputy Chief of Operations for the Honorable Clerk Timmann at the Martin County Clerk of Court & Comptroller’s office.
In this role she is responsible for overseeing the collection, accounts, and disbursement of courts, recording, and clerk technology. The department is also responsible for gathering and organizing accounting information, reporting financial information, and making recommendations to management. The department provides managerial, analytical, and administrative support to all departments and responsible for the management and direction of Accounting and Budgeting for the Clerk’s office. In addition, to the court function finance and accounting she oversees the finance and accounting for the board which is a function of the Comptroller performed by her clerk Staff.
Mrs. Roberson graduated from the University of South Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the USF School of Accountancy. Mrs. Roberson is a Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO) and has been a member of the local, state, and national chapters of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) since 2002. She served as President of the Central Florida Local Chapter FGFOA for three years from 2011-2014, currently serving as the immediate past President of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association where she has served in many as an officer and director for the last 8 years
Mrs. Roberson is a married mother of five. She serves the community by serving as the Team Administrator for Osceola Predator competitive basketball program and current Board Member of the Osceola County Education Foundation.
